Personal statement

Lu Yuan is a teacher at BJUT. During her Ph.D. she worked on urban disaster prevention space system and assessment methodology. At present, she has participated in the research on the project of "Research on Dynamic Monitoring and Evaluation Mechanism of Urban System Planning Implementation for New Urbanization Construction" and "Development and Application of Dynamic Monitoring and Evaluation System for Urban and Rural Planning Implementation of Beijing Oriented to Science and Technology Innovation Center". The research establishes a data framework for dynamic monitoring and evaluation of planning implementation, puts forward scientific and complete data collection standards and constructs a dynamic monitoring and evaluation platform for planning implementation to support government decision-making.
