1. Biological purification of iron and manganese containing groundwater and its engineering application

Due to geological reasons, there are great differences in iron and manganese containing groundwater in different areas, and often associated with ammonia nitrogen, arsenic and other combined pollution. Therefore, we have been committed to the study of biological purification mechanism and the practice of engineering application.

2. Theory and technology of iron-manganese mud recycling

The purification of iron and manganese containing water will produce a large number of iron and manganese mud to be treated. Following the principles of "recycling" and "treating waste water by waste stream ", iron and manganese mud is used for the preparation and application of water treatment materials, and the removal and recovery of phosphorus in the process of sewage treatment.

Personal statement

In 2005, he received the Bachelor's Degree in Water Supply and Drainage Engineering from Hunan University. And in 2007 and 2010, he received the Master's degree and Doctoral degree in Municipal Engineering from Harbin University of Technology. He began to work in Beijing University of Technology in July 2010.

He has published more than 20 articles, including 7 SCI papers, and has obtained 3 national invention patents.

He is the reviewer of WR/BT/CEJ/STOTEN/CHEMOSPHERE/BEJ/JES and other journals.
